Descriptif du poste : Le groupe GEMALTO, site de GEMENOS, recherche un stagiaire pour la mission suivante : Mission : The observation of IC’s through microscopes reveals very useful data. The goal of this study is to develop software and hardware tools for the microscopy analysis of IC’s. The work to be done is to improve the current observation platform and validate these improvements on available IC’s. The first part will be dedicated to find the correct microscopy settings whereas the second part will be more oriented to software automatization of images processing through practical tests. The candidate should have a good knowledge of digital IC’s layout, semiconductor technologies, windows and skills in Matlab or equivalent tools. Microscopy techniques are a must.
